The Following Cancellation Terms Apply at DAS KOHLMAYR:
Room cancellations are only valid in written form.
No cancellation fees apply up to two months before your scheduled arrival. From two months to one month before arrival, we charge 30% of the total cost of the booked stay. For cancellations within one month of arrival or in the event of early departure, we charge 90% of the total cost of the booked stay.
Our Booking Conditions: Packages must be booked in advance. Unused ski passes will be refunded. All other unused services are non-refundable.
Double room occupancy by a single person: daily rate + €98.00 single supplement.
Confirmation: Your reservation is considered binding upon receipt of your confirmation, our reconfirmation, and your deposit payment. The cancellation terms are deemed accepted upon confirmation.
We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation of Spa Treatments
Cancellations made up to 12 hours prior to your appointment are free of charge. Late cancellations will be charged at 80% of the treatment price.
