Keep your distance and respect each other
We offer plenty of space for your health. In the reception area, in the various restaurants, in the guest rooms or in our SPA/wellness areas over four levels. We currently offer individual mealtime as our special safety precaution.

Arrival – arrive safely
New greeting rituals without physical contact and much pleasure. We will comply with the current instructions of the Austrian government.

Online check-in: practical and convenient before arrival
Shortly before your arrival you will receive an e-mail with a link. You can check in for yourself and your fellow travelers in an uncomplicated and convenient way from home via online fast check-in.

Keep your hands clean and disinfected
We provide touchless disinfection options for you everywhere at our public entrances, at the lifts or at the entrance to the restaurants & lobby. We kindly advice you to use these devices.

Cleaning & disinfection
Our standard has always been working with the latest state of knowledge and exceptionally with certified cleaning methods and agents. In addition, we receive regular trainings from various companies. Furthermore, we have increased the number of cleaning and disinfection passes throughout the house in all areas.

Spaciousness and generous design
We guarantee you peace and stillness with the generous designed guest rooms, the restaurants, the lobby, SPA/wellness areas and the large number of relaxation rooms. We are happy to inform you about all areas at the hotel reception.

Room hygiene
Cleanliness and hygiene are always our top priority. In order to guarantee your health and the health of our employees. Therefore, we have intensified hygiene measures. The guest rooms are cleaned with special care by our trained staff every day and after each change of guest. In particular, objects that have been touched a lot, such as door and furniture handles, remote controls, water bottles, glasses and light switches, are disinfected with the utmost care.

• Textiles are cleaned in accordance with the highest hygiene standards.
• All rooms are regularly well ventilated during cleaning.
• We make sure to remove non-washable decoration materials until further notice.
• Cleaning cloths and disinfection gloves will be replaced after each room.

Ventilation
Our ventilation has been tested and is state-of-the-art technique. Increased ventilation in all areas makes a significant contribution to hygiene.

Fitness room & exercise room, ski cellar, children´s play area, sport shop & ski rental
These rooms are available to you as usual and according to the necessary spacing. As well as in other areas, increased disinfection will apply.

SPA/Wellness
Separate adult and family areas cover over 2,000 m² and are spread over four levels and enough space. All pools and sauna areas are open as usual.

Relaxation rooms
We make sure to  arrange the relaxation rooms prior to your arrival. In order for you to relax safely and at distance. Furthermore, we kindly ask you to always use the towels prepared.

SPA treatments
All SPA treatments offered are available. Indiviually wearing a mask.

In the restaurants
As a well-tried amenity, we have reserved a table for breakfast and dinner for the duration of your stay. The free choice of table still applies to afternoon snacks.
We ensure the greatest possible security for all dishes. Our team will be happy to provide you with more details. Most of your meals are served personally. If you need help or do not want to go to various buffets yourself, we will of course be happy to serve you your individual selection and wishes.
